Orders

(1) Orders are strictly made by sms or email
(2) Please state clearly which item you wish to purchase and the code number
(3) As all stocks are of preorder, we do not have the stocks in yet. Thus, we can only give you the measurements and you shall be the one deciding whether it is suitable for you or not ty

Payment

(4) Bank transfer to POSB Savings 175-49997-0
(5) Meetups available at both convenience

Meetups for Collection/ Payment

(6) Meetups only at Mrt stations or bus interchange
(7) Preferbly west area of Singapore (Boon Lay, Jurong East, Clementi, Bukit Batok/Panjang etc)
(8) $2.50 will be charged if meetup is only at your convenience
(9) Please try to be punctual for meetups as we'll charge accordingly.<

Postage

(10) Normal postage: $2
(11) Registered postage: $3- $6(recommended)

Others

(12) No refund or exchange of stocks unless there's a defect
(13) No backing out once order is placed. In unexpected cirumstances, only 50% of payment will be refunded
(14) There might be slight changes in the stocks, so please take note of the size and colour

(15) Our order days are on every Friday. Hence, please place your orders before 9pm on every order day, or else you'll have to wait for the next week.
(This may cause your stock arrival to be delayed)

Frequently Asked Questions


Q: How long can i get my stock?
A: We normally order from our supplier at the end of the week, shipping time takes about 2-3 weeks. and it will take about 1 more day for us to either send it to you or meet up. (for customized tees, you can get it in 8 working days after our order date stated)

Q: What happens if we do not get our stock in 3 weeks after payment?
A: You can leave us an email and we will contact you right away.

Q: How do i ensure my stocks arrive safely then?
A: You can tell us that you want register postage which cost around $3-$4. this is recommended because your stock will be delivered right to your doorstep.
FASHIONFESTE will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods during delivery. on top of that, FASHIONFESTE will carry out a product check before sending your orders to you to check for any defects of product.

Q: Mode of Payment?
A: Bank transfer to POSB Savings 175-49997-0/online bank transfer.

Q: Where do we get the stocks from?
A: Our suppliers' come from Taiwan, Korea and HongKong.

Q: Where are the meet up areas?
A: Only in the WEST area (jurong, boon lay, choa chu kang, bukit panjang) and unless we are free, otherwise you'll have to pay for postage.

Q: How do i order the wonderful clothes i see here?
A: Well, it's simple, you just email your personal details (name, contact, home address, email address and order codes, and description) to fashionfeste@hotmail.com.
*we'll keep all information confidential under any circumstances, so don't worry.

Q: How can i contact the shop owners, since there is no handphone contact here?
A : leave us a tag, or send us an email and we will call you as soon as possible.

Q: i see that you've priced your HK Spree items more expensive then others. why?
A: Well, we emphasize on quality so we choose the items personally. the cheap stuff come from China. that's of u want them.

Q: Oh, i see. but even your customized tees are quite ex too. $20 for a customized tee!
A: $20 for extreme comfort and 100% quality. since we are ordering supplier to print 1 ea time, they would charge us at a more ex rate. But keep it mind, its a shirt you'll see one of a kind on the streets, like no other!
